These General Terms of Use (the «GCU») provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions under which the website and services are made available by Medicare Labs and, through its digital e-health solution KONDJIGBALE (www.kondjigbale.com), define the conditions of access and use of the services by the «User.»
These GTU are accessible on the website under the «GCU» section.
Any registration or use of the website implies the user's acceptance of these GTU without reservation or restriction. When registering on the website via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these GTU by checking the box preceding the following text: « I acknowledge having read and understood the GTU and I accept them.»
If the User does not accept the GTU stipulated in this agreement, they must waive access to the services offered by the website.

The website is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.
Some platform services remain chargeable; however, users are notified of the total amount required to access said services.
Non-member users do not have access to reserved services. To do so, they must register by completing the form. By agreeing to register for reserved services, member users agree to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their marital status and contact details, including their email address.
To access the services, users must then log in using their username and password, which will be provided to them after registration.
Any regularly registered member user may also request to unsubscribe by visiting the dedicated page in their personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable timeframe.
www.kondjigbale.com shall not be held liable for any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server, and subject to any interruption or modification during maintenance. Members are required to comply with applicable ethics and legal regulations in their publications.
The website has the right to exercise prior moderation over publications and may refuse to publish them online without providing a justification.
Members retain full intellectual property rights. However, any publication on the website implies the delegation of the non-exclusive and free right to the publishing company to represent, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and disseminate the publication anywhere and on any medium for the duration of the intellectual property. This may be done directly or through an authorized third party. This particularly concerns the right to use the publication on the web and other distribution channels of the platform.

ARTICLE 10: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
Togolese law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution to a dispute between the parties, the Togolese courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
